Sourcing

We manage the logistics and safety stock for both in-house produced and externally sourced materials. As part of the Gietburg Group, we benefit from shared procurement, which allows us to secure materials more cost-effectively. Our extensive network of partner foundries in Western Europe and our procurement office in China enable us to meet the demands of both small and large production runs.

We offer a diverse range of materials, including aluminium, cast iron, and steel, ensuring all materials meet our strict quality standards. By balancing in-house production with external partnerships, we always act in the client’s best interest, providing the best possible product tailored to their needs. While we perform casting in-house, we source extruded materials to meet diverse client needs.

Prototyping

Our prototyping department creates precise, functional models of components before full-scale production. Using advanced 3D CAD modelling and casting simulation software, we develop and refine prototypes to meet exact specifications. This phase allows us to test and validate the design, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments. Our cutting-edge facilities and skilled engineering team ensure each prototype is a reliable, high-quality representation of the final product, paving the way for efficient and successful production.
