Machining

We excel in complex machining operations, especially for the hydraulic market. We perform complex machining operations such as boring, milling, turning, and honing of complex parts with precise tolerances. Our facilities are equipped with over 40 multi-spindle CNC machining centres and more than 20 robotic CNC machines, integrated into a fully automated production cell. This setup allows us to process multiple products simultaneously and handle intricate designs from various angles.

Our in-house saw department allows us to quickly create custom moulds and prototypes with precision machining, meeting diverse client demands. We also provide comprehensive testing, including tensile strength, hardness, dimensional accuracy, and non-destructive methods like ultrasonic and penetrant inspection, ensuring all parts meet the highest standards before delivery. This streamlined approach delivers ready-to-use, inspected products, reducing additional handling and speeding up delivery times.

Deburring

Brinks Components takes pride in its advanced deburring capabilities, particularly our in-house thermal deburring installation. This cutting-edge, fully automated system ensures that even the most complex hydraulic components are deburred to perfection.

Furthermore, we use high-pressure water jets for deburring. The deburring process is crucial for maintaining the high standards required in the hydraulic industry, providing smooth, defect-free surfaces for optimal performance.

Other finishing

Our cleaning processes are designed to meet the highest cleanliness standards, essential for hydraulic applications. We have a dedicated washing and inline cleaning department equipped with advanced robotic technologies and high levels of automation.

With our in-house laboratory for cleanliness checks and leak testing, we ensure that all components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and meet quality standards. We provide industrial cleaning and chemical removal of oxides created during thermal deburring, making parts assembly-ready for the end client. After the quality checks, our efficient logistics, including EDI, JIT, and Kanban delivery, ensure seamless integration into your operations. We reduce downtime and enhance efficiency. With our in-house expertise, flexible lead times, and customised packaging, we streamline your supply chain for optimal performance.
