Shell moulding for engine parts, retarders, exhaust manifolds and housings

At Fonderie Laval, we excel in creating complex steel and cast-iron parts through advanced shell moulding techniques. Established in 1939, our French foundry specialises in producing components with tight tolerances, high accuracy, smooth surfaces, and thin walls with a thickness of only 2mm, in order to meet the demanding needs of the automotive and industrial sectors.

Our products

We specialise in producing high-precision castings for retarders, exhaust manifolds, and hydraulic components.

By using advanced shell moulding technology, we cast ductile iron, steel, and SiMo in various grades, with part weights up to 6 kg. This process ensures superior dimensional accuracy, higher productivity, and reduced labour requirements compared to traditional methods.
