Materials

We work with various types of iron, including:

Grey cast iron (lamellar graphite iron)

DIN EN 1561: EN-GJL-100 to EN-GJL-350

  • Excellent machinability, good vibration damping, and high wear resistance.

Ductile iron (nodular cast iron)

DIN EN 1563: EN-GJS-350-22-LT to EN-GJS-900-2

  • High strength, good ductility, and excellent impact resistance.

ADI (austempered ductile iron)

DIN EN 1564: EN-GJS-800-8 to EN-GJS-1400-1

  • Superior strength, wear resistance, and fatigue strength, ideal for demanding applications.

Nodular cast iron

DIN EN 1563: EN-GJS-350-22-LT to EN-GJS-900-2

  • Nodular cast iron combines high tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and ductility, making it ideal for high-performance automotive and industrial parts.

High silicium nodular cast iron

DIN EN 1563: EN-GJS-450-18 to EN-GJS-600-10

  • High silicon nodular cast iron excels in high-temperature resistance and corrosion, making it suitable for exhaust systems and heat exchangers.

Black malleable iron

High flexibility and toughness, suitable for complex shapes and impact resistance.

  • Durable alloys: We produce strong and durable alloys by melting scrap from the metal industry and raw materials. This recycling process ensures that the materials used are of the highest quality and contribute to our sustainable practices.

Moulding

  • Sand moulding techniques: Using advanced sand moulding techniques, we create precise moulds from clay-bonded sand. Our Disa vertical moulding line (600 x 480) enhances efficiency and precision in casting, allowing for faster production and high-quality results. The sand is recycled up to ten times, reducing waste and environmental impact.

Smelting

  • Induction furnaces: We operate three 7-tons induction furnaces. These advanced furnaces ensure consistent and high-quality molten iron, ready for the next stages of production.

Robotics

  • Robotic finishing: Our facility is equipped with Koyama 400 grinding robots, ensuring precision and consistency in the finishing process.

Core making

  • Core shooting machines: Our core making facility includes two Laempe LB25 core shooting machines and one core shooting machine. These machines produce precise cores essential for creating intricate castings.
